Hi Kurt~

Slow foods is a major concern and desire on my life's path~Thank YOU for being the catalyst that first informed me about this wonderful organization~

Again, you are correct about the growing season down here~It took me several seasons to recognize what should be planted in Zone 9B in comparison to Zone 5A~

However, I have learned to eat more locally and to grow foods that do well here during the different seasons. Ok...HOT and then a bit of temperate during some of November, December, January, February and into March~

Thank you for writing to me~You certainly made my day!!!
